

Chicken (boneless, cubes) 375 gms
Honey ½ cup
Sesame seeds 3 tbs
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbs
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbs
Oil for frying
Chicken cubes 2 units
Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce 1 cup
Flour ½ cup
Egg 1 unit
Salt 1 tbs
In a bowl add chicken boneless cubes, flour, egg, salt, half of chopped garlic and ginger, and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken mixture on medium heat. Remove and set aside.
Heat 4 tbs oil in a pan, add the remaining chopped garlic and ginger and fry for 30 sec. Add sesame seeds and fry for 20 sec, add the chicken cubes, 1 cup water, honey and Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce and cook for few minutes. Add the chicken boneless cubes and cook for another one minute. Remove and serve with boiled rice.
