Our recruitment process starts with internally searching for the right candidate. All opportunities are presented to internal candidates first, and if we don't find the right fit, we go for an external search. We follow a three-tier recruitment process which entails shortlisting, line management interviews, and HR interviews. In some technical positions, pre-employment tests become an additional step.
