Cookies (crushed) 2 cups
Butter (melted) 4 tbs
Mango (cubes) as required
Fruiti-O Mango Nectar 1 cup
Gelatin ½ tsp
Corn flour/Custard 4 tbs
Milk 1 ½ cup
Sugar 4 tbs
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Mango jelly 1 packet
Mango (slices) for garnish
Mint leaves for garnish
Start by crushing the cookies and adding melted butter in the mixture. Once folded evenly, arrange the mixture in a pie plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
You can also allow the mixture to cool down in room temperature.
Meanwhile, prepare the custard, add mango cubes, and then add Fruiti-O Mango Nectar mixed with gelatin.
Pour the custard over the cookie base, let it cool for 1 hour and garnish with mango slices and mint leaves.
Remove from pie plate and serve chilled.
