

Fish boneless (cut into ½ “x ½ “cubes) 375 gms
Flour ½ cup
Eggs 2 units
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbs
Red Chilli (crushed) 1 tbs
Oil (for frying)
Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 cup
In a bowl, add fish, flour, eggs, garlic, salt and crushed red chilli. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Now heat the pan on a medium flame, add fish pieces in batches and fry for 7 to 8 mins. Remove and set aside. In a pan add Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and fried fish, cook on medium heat for 2 mins.
Serve with boiled rice.
