Chicken (boneless in 1”x1”) cubes ½ kg
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbs
Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce ½ cup
Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce ½ cup
Onion (chopped) 1 unit
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbs
Oil 6 tbs
Salt 1 tbs
Green chilli (sliced) 2 units
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry for a minute on medium heat. Add garlic and fry for another minute. Then add chicken boneless and fry for 5 minutes. Add Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce and Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce, and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, green chilli, black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
