Growned beef ½ kg
Ghee ½ cup
Brown onion ½ cup
Papaya paste 2 tbs
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Smoky BBQ Sauce 2 tbs
Cumin (roasted & crushed) 2 tsp
All spices ¾ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbs
Green chillies (chopped) 2 units
Onion rings for garnishing
Marinate ground beef with all the ingredients in a bowl, except ghee. Mix well, cover and leave it for 4 hours. Heat ghee in a pan, add marinated mince, cook on low flame until done. Dish out in a platter, garnish with onion rings and chopped greens.
