Ingredient

Chicken leg (boneless 1”x1” cubes)  375 gms

Spring onion (white part) cut in 1x1 inch 4 pcs

For the sauce:

Shangrila Soy Sauce 1 cup

Chicken cube  2 units

Sugar  5 tbs

Corn flour  2 tbs

Water  3 cup

Shashlik skewers  1 packet

Method

Skewer 2 pcs of chicken and a piece of spring onion. Repeat so each skewer has 4 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of spring onion. Set aside.

For the Sauce:

In a pan add Shangrila Soy Sauce, chicken cubes, sugar, water and bring to a boil. Cook on slow heat for 30 minutes. Dissolve corn flour in ¼ cup of water. Add to the sauce while constantly stirring. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and set a side. In a pan add 3 tbs oil. Place the chicken skewers and cook on medium heat on both sides for 8 to 10 minutes. Now place the skewers on a serving plate. Pour the sauce and serve.
