Chicken breast (cubes) 1 piece
Puff pastry ½ kg
Capsicum (cubes) 1 unit
Tikka masala 2 tbs
Shangrila Soy Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Vinegar 2 tbs
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Pizza Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce 2 tbs
Sweet corn ½ cup Olives (chopped) 2 tbs
Mushrooms (chopped) 2 tbs
Oregano 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Egg for coating
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients and Shangrila sauces. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add marinated chicken in it and cook until its done. Then add vegetables, oregano and both the cheese, let it cool completely.Roll puff pastry, cut into 4 x 4 squares, fill with filling, fold into triangles, and brush the top part with egg coating. Do not press the edges, bake on 200°C for 20 mins, serve with Shangrila Tomato Ketchup.
