Bone-in chicken thighs ½ kg
Sugar ½ cup
Shangrila Soy Sauce ½ cup
Water 1 cup
Garlic cloves (minced) 3-4 units
Ginger 1 pc
Green Onions (chopped) 3-4 units
Combine sugar, Shangrila Soy Sauce, water, garlic and ginger in a pan, stir until sugar is dissolved. Add chicken and bring to a boil. Let chicken cook till it’s done and the sauce mixture turns into a rich, brown glaze. Place chicken on a dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
