Chicken boneless (cubes) 250 gms
Capsicum (sliced) 2 units
Tomato (sliced) 2 units
Onion (sliced) 1 unit
Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce ½ cup
Oregano powder 1 tbs
Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce ½ cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbs
Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 1 cup
Tortilla 6 pcs
Salt 1 tbs
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry for a minute. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes, add oregano, salt, Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce and Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce. Cook on high heat till the liquid is reduced. Add tomato, onion and capsicum, mix well and remove. Set a side to cool. On one half of tortilla, place some cheddar, mozzarella cheese and cooked chicken, overlap to a half moon shape. Heat a pan and cook on both sides on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove and serve with Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce.
