Chicken Cheese Sriracha Fries

Ingredient

Chicken 250 gms   (boneless, breast cut in strips)

Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce  1 cup

Potato fries 3 units  

Garlic powder  1 tbs

White pepper   1 tbs

Chicken powder  2 tbs

Oil  for frying

Salt  1 tbs

Cheddar cheese   6 slices

Method

Heat oil in a pan add potato fries and fry for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and set aside. In a bowl add chicken, Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce, garlic powder, chicken powder, salt, white pepper and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour. Place the potato fries on a baking tray, place the chicken pieces on top. Bake in a preheated oven on 250°C for 20 minutes. Remove, place cheese slices at top and bake again for 10 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
