Chicken (Boneless legs 1”x 1”) 500 gms
Oregano 1 tbs
Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce ½ cup
Salt 1½ tsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbs
Shangrila Lemon Juice 3 tbs
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil 5 tbs
Charcoal 1 pc
Skewers 8 pcs
Take a bowl and marinate chicken with oregano in it, and add Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce, Shangrila Lemon Juice, white pepper, black pepper, garlic and salt. Now refrigerate it for 1 hour.
Now heat charcoal and place bread piece over marinated chicken and smoke with charcoal for 5 mins. Discard charcoal and bread piece and add oil in the marinated chicken and mix well.
Skew chicken in skewers and bake for 25-30 mins in preheated oven at 250°C.
Serve with pita bread.
