Chicken (boneless cubes) ½ kg
Capsicum 2 units (cut into cubes)
Mushrooms 6 units (cut into halves)
Tomatoes 2 units (seeds removed, cut into cubes)
Onion 2 units (cut into cubes)
Shangrila Pizza Sauce 4 tbs
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Red pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Marinate chicken with Shangrila Pizza Sauce. Add all the seasonings then put the chicken cubes on skewers, alternating with vegetables. Pan fry in 2 tbsp oil, when done sprinkle in cheese and remove. Serve immediately.
